Who would of thought Viktor & Rolf’s grenade-shaped aftershave would cause problems at the airport?

Back in 2012, a 25-year old traveller caused a near shutdown of Edinburgh Airport all because he had an aftershave bottle shaped like a grenade in his carry-on. The product, called Spicebomb and made by Viktor & Rolf, now finds itself on the banned product list at London City Airport.

An airport spokesperson urged travelers to use common sense when travelling with an odd-shaped perfume or aftershave bottle, stating that anything that looks like a weapon could cause a problem.
